■ Liquid Line 

In the pharmaceutical sector,liquid production lines exist as a major branch along solid production lines. 

With liquids,considering the type of products,features and conditions;sensitivity is of higher importance than in solids line.Given this, production conditions have special characteristics. 

In general, classification of liquid lines is in two categories: 

● Injectables

● Non-injectables 

The non-injectable production lines are edible products, with production conditions less sensitive than injectables.   

 The  production lines can be  divided into the following subdivisions: 

► Ampoule line

► Vial line

► Carpoule line

► Bottle line

► Prefilled syringes line 

Basically after accomplishing the production stage for injectable liquids it is necessary that the manufactured products in ampoule, vial, carpoule and prefilled syringes as well as injectable serums to be tested and checked from the view point of existing particles.This step can be done by :
